With a solid background and international training, she combines techniques from neuroscience, emotional intelligence, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), performing arts, and vocal studies, creating a methodology that unites science and awareness to reveal the true communicative power of each individual.
During the episode, Letícia, who is a speech therapist by training, also shared simple and effective exercises and valuable insights on how to transform the voice into a powerful personal signature, overcoming blocks that prevent genuine communication and developing vocal presence to strengthen leadership. She emphasized that many professionals and entrepreneurs lose opportunities because they do not realize that the way they speak directly influences how they are perceived. “Many entrepreneurs lose sales without realizing it because their voice conveys the wrong emotion. A hoarse or very deep voice, for example, can sound aggressive and drive the client away,” she explained.
